Direct Booking Policies & Rates
Rates and Minimum Stay
Direct booking rate is $450 USD per night (3-night minimum stay = $1,350 USD total) plus a refundable $250 USD damage deposit ($1,600 USD total initial deposit). Special New Year peak period is $700 USD/night (6-night minimum block).
Payment and Reservation Terms
50% advance deposit to block calendar dates and 50% balance before check-in. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
